Shipping and Returns

Delivery to the UK only at the moment due to custom charges and taxes complications as a result of the UK leaving the EU.

Shipping Time

Most items are made to order.

As my designs are made from scratch, please allow up to 2-4 weeks before dispatch. Silver items weighing over 7.78g will need to be sent to London for the relevant hallmarks to be applied and the speed of this service can vary, especially during busy periods.

If, however, I hold the required items of jewellery in stock, then they will be sent out much sooner, within a couple of working days.  Please contact me if you have a required date in mind and I will try to see if this can be met. 

Postage and Packing

UK Shipping only. Special Delivery is the only insured method of sending jewellery by Royal Mail.

First Class (£8.35) via Royal Mail Special Delivery: takes 1-2 business days after receiving your dispatch notification, and requires a signature on arrival. This is an insured and trackable service.

Second Class Signed For (£5.15): takes 3-5 business days after receiving your dispatch notification and requires a signature on arrival. This service does not include tracking or insurance. Please note that once I have shipped an item I am no longer responsible for any loss or damage.

All jewellery comes presented in a smart eco-friendly gift box or pouch.

Returns

Hopefully you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if there is a problem please contact me at silverbysaf@gmail.com to discuss. If an exchange or a refund is required, please make sure you contact me within 14 days of receipt and, once confirmed, please send the item back within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging. Please include its Invoice/Delivery Note.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original unworn condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.​  Sending by an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommended as I cannot be held responsible for non arrival or damage of goods.  Original postage charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Please Note: There will inevitably be slight variations from the images displayed as no two pieces can be exactly the same when making by hand.
